Its raining in Savannah, but that doesn’t matter, it’s time to awake the beast. As much as I enjoyed the IS-F, enough to make me want one, I still prefer this.

Adding an illuminated zhp knob this weekend. Can’t wait to drive and feel the difference.

Mine needs a bath...and another pint of oil as it is suddenly low after my oil change in october (?).

Mine also needs a bath, and despite having a quart of oil in the trunk I’ve only needed it once in my 3.5 years of ownership.

Didn’t realize the ZHP came with an illuminated shift knob, thought it was only on the Ms.

Whenever I use someone else’s car for a while, I’ve always been happy to get back to the feel of my own, no matter how much fun the other was. That’s my reassurance that I bought the right car.

Every 6 months or so I have to top mine off before an oil change. But this one is odd as I thought I got an oil change in October?

ZHPs did not come with illuminated shift knobs(or at least it wasn’t a base option), but there is an aftermarket ZHP knob that is illuminated.

Instructions unclear.
The M5 is now even faster.

I guess the S65 does burn oil, mine doesn’t really seem to though, which is really nice.

Must be aftermarket or a BMW M one, my M3 has an illuminated one. The 3 doesn’t, which it did.

My M3 also has one of those buttons.

The IS-F was really fun, but I just really like the M3. I know I made the right choice.
